Nathan also known as than merrill has multiple jobs. He is a former professional athlete, has invested in real estate, has been on television as a host, in a businessman, he is an author, he is a national speaker, and he is also a father and a husband.

Than attended Yale University which is one of the top schools in the country if not in the world. After college he was drafted in the NFL but an injury ended his career. After being injured he decided to study the real estate market and invest in real state. He is not the CEO as well as the founded of CT Homes as well as FortuneBuilders Inc. His team was featured on the popular show Flip this House and go to show off his investment skills as well as his ability to turn an old home into something beautiful. This made him one of the biggest successes in the real estate industry and has been recognized as a business leader in real estate.

Than and his family love in San Diego, CA and work hard to make the community a better place. They work hard to give back to the community and have a non profit group called the Equak Football Foundation.

Than could have been injured and lived a very different life. Instead of using his injury as an excuse he decided to do something positive with this life. He formed profitable businesses and worked hard to make his community a better place.
